IRARA Reintegration System and Expense Tracking App

Inteknix Limited has been providing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 related services to IRARA since 2017. During this period, Inteknix Limited has helped transform IRARA’s business and has been a part of growth journey, which started with a team of three and expanded to a global team of humanitarian and migration specialists operating in more than 20 countries. 

Projects:

• Returns and Reintegration Application developed in Power Apps is a pivotal application which enables IRARA to provide a comprehensive returns and reintegration programme for returnees who are relocating back to their home countries after previously seeking to settle in a European country. It allows IRARA to provide immediate assistance with budget tracking, operational level agreement, detailed analysis of programme effectiveness and performance using Monitoring and Evaluation, and real-time reporting. 
• Power Apps Expense Tracking and Approval application enables employees from various countries to submit their expenses. These expenses are then approved by their managers. Additionally, the app allows employees to request a PDF version of the expense details. 
• JRS – Joint Reintegration Service Application enables IRARA to monitor and manage reintegration assistance activities and services currently implemented by Member States through various national and EU programmes. Data for import is provided to IRARA by another partner, which is then uploaded into the application. This application either creates new cases or update existing ones based on the changes in the data import. It utilises Power Automate for automation and data manipulation. 
• Microsoft 365 Governance and Compliance – Inteknix Limited provides Microsoft 365 Governance and Compliance Consultancy services that involve setting up a set of practices and tools designed to manage and secure data, ensure adherence to legal and organisational policies, and protect against risks in the Microsoft 365 environment.
