The Doyle Collection People and Culture Portal

The Doyle Collection is a group of hotels previously known as Jurys Doyle Hotels. It comprises eight hotels in five cities in Ireland, the UK and the US.

Project details:

• Develop a one-stop People and Culture portal using Power Apps to store and access employee information and documents, moving away from a paper based file system.
• Implement a bespoke retention policy for documents in different categories.
• Integrate the portal with other third-party HR applications, such as Core HR and Peoplebank. 
• Develop a SharePoint intranet to enhance collaboration, streamline document management, and centralise company resources for improved productivity.
